The Signature Plan protects your heating and central air conditioning system through scheduled bi-annual maintenance, with system checks and diagnostics that keep your system running at peak efficiency.

What the visits cover

• Fall: inspect oil lines, ignition and safety controls; clean burners and heat exchanger; check thermostat, filters, voltage and amperage; test total system performance
• Spring: ready the system for operation; clean or replace standard filters; inspect coils; verify refrigerant pressures; check condensate drains, contactors and amperage
• Add-ons at tune-up time: humidifier cleaning, media air cleaner, off-peak storage system, oil or gas fired water heater
